How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Turbine.
• Create and manage merchant accounts, businesses, plans, checkout links, subscriptions, and dashboards.
• Verify payments, display transaction history, prevent fraud or abuse, and debug technical issues.

• Measure product usage and improve onboarding, reliability, and performance.

Our landing page and apps may use analytics providers, including PostHog, to collect product analytics and diagnostic events. How we share information

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants decide what customer information they collect through Turbine and how they use it for their own businesses. Merchants are responsible for providing any additional notices, consents, refund policies, tax disclosures, and customer-support terms required for their products, services, and jurisdictions.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and public blockchains are not controlled by Turbine. We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential emails.
